Your comfort and safety are my highest priorities
Therapist Protocols
- Therapist's hands will be washed before and after every session
- Clean linens will be provided to each client
- Used linens will be stored in a closed container
- All surfaces will be disinfected before and after each client
Cancellation
I value your time, and I ask that you show me the same courtesy. If you need to cancel your booked appointment, I require 24 hours notice before the scheduled session. Any changes made after that time will result in a 50% fee for the service requested. If a client misses a session for any reason without notifying me, the appointment will be labeled “No-Show.” I reserve the right to charge in full for all no-show appointments.
Refusal Upon Arrival
Please call ahead if you have developed a fever within 24 hours of your appointment. There are certain conditions that are contraindicated with massage, and I reserve the right to rebook any client who shows signs of whole-body contraindications or illness including, but not limited to:
- Fever
- Heavy & persistent coughing
- Uncontrolled blood pressure
Inappropriate Behavior
Our client-therapist relationship revolves around a large sense of trust. If any boundaries are crossed by the client, I will immediately terminate the massage and request the client to leave. I reserve the right to charge for unfinished massages due to inappropriate and/or sexualized behavior.
